We understand that unexpected situations arise. In consideration of our clients and respect for our therapists’ time, the following policies are in place:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service fee, which must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.
If we are able to rebook the appointment time, the cancellation fee will be waived and any prepayment will be refunded or credited toward a future session.
Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment or fail to notify us will be considered a no-show.
The full service fee will be charged for the missed appointment, and future services will be scheduled once payment has been received.
Gift certificates are forfeited for no-shows and for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s appointment time.
The full service fee will apply.
