We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
Cancellation:
A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
This charge will be waived if we are able to re-book the appointment time.
No-show:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”.
The full amount of the service will be charged for the missed appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates will be forfeited for no-shows and for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late Arrival:
If you are late for an appointment your treatment will be shortened by the number of minutes you are late out of consideration for the following client. You will be charged full price for the session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
