Dr. Garcia specializes in helping women move freely, confidently, and leak free in any stage of life. She is a Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist (PCES) through Core Exercise Solutions and clinically trained by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Additionally, she has undergone a three-year mentorship and training in myofascial release pertaining to pelvic and orthopedic issues.
Dr. Garcia is driven by her mission to shed light on pelvic floor dysfunction and women’s health issues, as they can limit one’s ability to do the things they enjoy. She helps women dealing with pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, urinary incontinence (aka leakage), constipation, low back pain, sciatic pain, prolapse issues, postpartum recovery, and more. Recognizing that the pelvic floor does not function in isolation, she takes a comprehensive and holistic approach, conducting full-body assessment to identify the root cause of your concerns. Her ultimate goal is to help you rediscover the joy of pain free movement while staying dry.
